Needles & Pins is a risograph-printed collection of (mostly) autobiographical comics with a music theme. “4-track Mind” is about my early experiences with lo-fi recordings and how it shaped my approach to art. “Needles & Pins” is about the most punk band I was ever in, but not for the reasons you might think, “Earl Bible” is about a friend’s antagonistic alter-ego, and “Hash It Out” is a nonsensical piece of fiction about a baby-headed, Waffle House loving punk band.
